Meet Carisa
Carisa Wendt
Founder & Manager | PhD Candidate, BCBA, LBA, Special Education Teacher
As the founder and manager of Carisma Collective, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), Licensed Special Education Teacher, and PhD candidate at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
I specialize in evidence-based behavioral interventions that support communication, social engagement, independence, and daily living skills. I am deeply committed to partnering with families to provide ethical, culturally responsive, and family-centered care that promotes meaningful progress across home, school, and community settings.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters. I also love learning new skills and recharging in nature.

Carisma Collective LLC works with families to make services as accessible as possible. We can help you review your benefits, request authorizations when needed, and answer questions about coverage for ABA therapy and education-related services.
